By accessing the website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

Kristona Shop offers event-related services including, but not limited to:

• event planning and coordination
• decorations and setup
• entertainment and performers
• photography and videography
• catering and hospitality
• equipment and rental items
• kids entertainment and related event services

Some services may be fulfilled by third-party vendors, partners, or subcontractors under our coordination and quality control.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when using our website or booking services.

3. Bookings and Availability

All bookings are subject to:

• availability
• operational confirmation
• review of event details
• payment status, where applicable

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order or booking where necessary, including in cases of:

• service unavailability
• inaccurate pricing or technical errors
• suspected fraud or misuse
• incomplete or misleading event information
• unsafe, restricted, or unsuitable event conditions

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate event date, time, and location details
• ensuring venue access at the scheduled time
• obtaining any venue approvals, permissions, or permits unless we explicitly agree otherwise
• ensuring the venue is suitable for the booked service
• providing electricity, access, and basic facilities where required for rented equipment, live stations, or performances
• ensuring a safe environment for our team, artists, and vendors

If service delivery is delayed, restricted, or prevented due to inaccurate information, lack of access, venue restrictions, safety issues, or missing permissions, the service may still be treated as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, depending on the circumstances.

5. Service Fulfillment

Services are delivered on the event date, time, and location confirmed in your booking.

Service timing, set durations, guest capacities, and inclusions shown on the website are part of the booking scope. Anything not listed as included is not included unless separately agreed in writing.

For rented items, performance equipment, stages, dance floors, inflatables, and similar items, the customer is responsible for providing a suitable space and surface where applicable.

6. Third-Party Vendors and Partners

Where a service is fulfilled by a third-party provider, we remain your main booking point, but the service itself may be executed by that provider or by event staff working under our arrangements.

We are not responsible for direct agreements, promises, or side arrangements made outside our platform unless confirmed by us in writing.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time before booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed confirmed price will apply to that booking unless:

• the customer requests changes
• the service scope changes
• venue or timing requirements materially change
• additional charges are agreed

8. Payments

Payment terms are governed by our Payment Terms policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, branding, graphics, layouts, and design elements, is owned by KRISTONA EVENTS L.L.C or used under appropriate permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful purposes
• interfere with the operation or security of the website
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings
• misuse discounts, promotions, or coupons
• infringe on our intellectual property or the rights of others

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which form part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRISTONA EVENTS L.L.C will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• use of the website
• booking delays or interruptions
• third-party service issues
• venue restrictions
• customer-provided errors
• events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will generally not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific booking, unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• weather conditions
• government restrictions
• emergency situations
• strikes
• venue restrictions
• accidents
• power failures
• illness affecting performers or crew
• transportation disruptions

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling, replacement, partial credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
