1. Event-Based Fulfillment

Unlike physical product shipments, our fulfillment is entirely event-based. Fulfillment is considered complete when our team has successfully delivered, set up, and executed the agreed-upon services at the specified venue on the scheduled event date.

2. Scope of Delivery

The scope of our fulfillment is strictly limited to the services, equipment, and personnel detailed in your confirmed booking or invoice. Any additional requests made on the day of the event are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Venue and Access Requirements

To ensure timely fulfillment, the client must provide:

  • Clear and safe access to the venue at the agreed setup time.
  • Necessary permits, gate passes, or approvals required by the venue management.
  • Adequate power supply and space as specified in the service requirements.

Failure to provide these requirements may result in setup delays or partial fulfillment, for which KRISTONA EVENTS L.L.C cannot be held liable.

4. Third-Party Coordination

If our services require coordination with other vendors (e.g., caterers, venue staff, or external decorators), the client is responsible for facilitating communication unless a dedicated event planner from our team has been hired for this purpose.

5. Delays and Customer-Caused Issues

We strive to adhere strictly to the agreed timeline. However, if fulfillment is delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., venue unavailability, late arrival of the client, or lack of required permits), our team will do their best to accommodate the changes within the booked timeframe. Extended hours may result in additional overtime fees.

6. Outdoor and Performance Services

For outdoor events, fulfillment is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify or halt certain services (e.g., electrical setups, delicate decorations) if weather conditions pose a safety hazard to our staff, guests, or equipment.
