Event services require planning, staffing, material preparation, scheduling, and in some cases vendor commitments. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are handled.

1. Standard Bookings

For standard services that do not involve major customization, the following typically applies:

  • More than 7 days before the event: eligible for cancellation review and possible refund, less any non-refundable fees or costs already incurred
  • 3 to 7 days before the event: may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value
  • Less than 72 hours before the event: generally non-refundable
2. Custom, Large-Scale, or Special Events

For customized events, large setups, specialized performers, rentals requiring logistics, or services involving catering and tailored production:

  • deposits may be non-refundable
  • separate cancellation terms may apply
  • charges already committed to third parties may still be payable
3. Rescheduling

We will try to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests where operationally possible.

Rescheduling is subject to:

  • availability
  • service type
  • notice period
  • vendor availability, where applicable

Rescheduling requests made close to the event date may result in a fee or may not be possible.

4. Customer No-Show or Unavailable Venue

If our team arrives at the agreed venue and the customer, venue, or event contact is unavailable, denies access, or the venue is not ready or usable, the booking may be treated as fulfilled or non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Kristona Shop

If we cancel due to reasons within our control, we may offer:

  • rescheduling
  • replacement service where appropriate
  • partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

If the cancellation is caused by force majeure or events beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include:

  • order or invoice number
  • event date
  • service booked
  • reason for cancellation or rescheduling

A request is not considered accepted until we confirm it in writing.
